1. Choose your Teepee Style - Browse through our magical teepee themes and pick the one that best suits your little one's special day.

2. Check Availability - Send us an enquiry on our contact us page to check availability and secure your preferred date.

Once your date is confirmed available. We'll send through an invoice with your booking details.

A 100$ deposit is required to secure your booking. With the remaining balance due 7 days before your event date.

We accept bank transfer as our payment method.

- More than 7 days before: If you need to change your date, we're happy to reschedule your booking based on availability.

Please provide at least 7 days notice for any date changes.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transfered to a new date.

-Within 7 day of the event: Unfortunately, no refunds or transfers can be made at this late stage.

We service inner suburbs across Greater Melbourne (within 45 minutes of Southbank).

Free delivery applies to bookings of six (6) or more teepees.

A $15 delivery fee applies to the minimum booking of five (5) teepees.

All bookings include full setup and pack-down.

Each teepee requires approximately 1m x 2m of floor space to ensure a comfortable fit.

Every teepee setup includes a teepee, mattress, and breakfast table.

We're happy to help you plan the layout based on your space.

Unfortunately, our teepees are not suitable for outdoor use, as they are not waterproof.
For the best experience, all setups must be indoors.

Setup usually takes 45-60 minutes, depending on the number of teepees and styling selected.

Our teepee setups are perfect for children aged 5+ all the way through to teenagers.
