We understand that life happens! More than 7 days before: If you need to change your date, we're happy to reschedule your booking based on availability. Please provide at least 7 days notice for any date changes. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date. Within 7 days of the event: Unfortunately, no refunds or transfers can be made at this late stage.

How to Book?

1. Choose your Teepee Style - Browse through our magical teepee themes and pick the one that best suits your little one's special day. 
​2. Check Availability - Send us an enquiry on our contact us page to check availability and secure your preferred date.

Question 2

Locking it in

Accepted Answer

Once your date is confirmed available. We'll send through an invoice with your booking details. 
​
A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. With the remaining balance due 5 days before your event date.
​
We accept bank transfer as our payment method.

Do you deliver across Melbourne?

We service inner suburbs across Greater Melbourne (within 45 minutes of Blackburn North).
​
Free delivery applies to bookings of six (6) or more teepees.
​
A $15 delivery fee applies to the minimum booking of five (4) teepees.
​
All bookings include full setup, fabulous styling and pack-down.
​
​*Tip: Book 6 teepees and enjoy free delivery

Question 5

How much space do i need?

Accepted Answer

Each teepee requires approximately 1m x 2m of floor space to ensure a comfortable fit.
​
Every teepee setup includes a teepee, mattress, and breakfast table.
​
We're happy to help you plan the layout based on your space.
